The site has no contact form, so email is the way to reach us. There are two addresses, and each one has its own purpose.
General questions and corrections
Write to support@aajkarashifal.live for:
- a question about the site or how to use it
- a mistake in a reading, a date or any other text
- a page that does not load or does not display properly
The founder, privacy requests and grievances
Write to founder@aajkarashifal.live for:
- a message for the founder, Astrologer Ashish
- a request about your personal data, as the Privacy Policy describes
- a grievance or complaint about the site
What to include in a correction request
A correction is quicker to check when your email includes:
- the page, for example the home page or the name of the rashi
- the date shown on that page
- the exact words you think are wrong
- what you believe is correct, and why, if you can say
- your device and browser, if the problem is how the page looks or loads
When to expect a reply
We reply to general questions and correction requests within 7 working days.
We respond to privacy requests and grievances within 30 days, as the Privacy Policy says.
What we cannot help with
We do not give personal readings, birth chart analysis or consultations by email. A message that asks for a personal prediction will not receive one.
We cannot give medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Email is not for urgent matters. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional.
What happens to your email
When you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use them only to reply and to deal with your request.
We do not add your address to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share it. The Privacy Policy explains how to ask us to delete your messages.
